Requirements to Rent from Molly’s Pontoon Rental

1. You must be 26 years of age or older to rent from Molly’s Pontoon Rental, LLC

2. You must have previous experience operating a boat of this type and size, or one similar. By signing the lease agreement you are affirming you meet this requirement.

3. You must be legally allowed to rent a Pontoon boat in the state of Alabama. You will be required to provide scanned copy of either:

   1. If you live outside of Alabama, Your drivers license .

   2. If you reside inside Alabama, Your AL Boating License (State Law).

   3. The person who will captain the Pontoon shall be the person who reviews safety information, signs paperwork, and checks boat out in person at the start of the rental. along with person retning it.

   4. Check-In will take 15-30min and involve inspection of pontoon and completion of check-out and safety check lists. If requested, a short voyage with Molly’s employee at check-out will be provided.

4. There will be absolutely no travel with this pontoon between the time periods of one hour before sun set until after dawn. Failure to follow this will result in termination of rental and forfeit of full payment and deposit. Pontoon during this non travel time is to be safely tied to renters dock or at Molly’s wet slip at Wedowee Marina where it was picked up. - NO EXCEPTIONS

5. All persons under eight (8) years of age, on any vessel, must, at all times, wear a U. S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation device that must be strapped, snapped, or zipped securely in place

6. You must complete, sign, date, and return legal agreements promptly after booking upon receipt or at time of check-out.

7. You must review safety videos PRIOR to picking up your rental. Take the time to reivew legal agreements and fill them out in advance to make check-out quicker if possible. If not you can fill them out at time of pick-up.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations are accepted only due to severe weather. Credit is issued as gift certificate towards future Rentals only.

   Failure to meet above conditions will result in loss of reservation and payments made.
